Design proposal for Tel Aviv's new urban residential forms competition. Collaboration with Ilan Balouka and Guy Varona

 

Through focusing on ‘Yachin Building’ as a case study for an adaptive reuse of an outdated office building into a co-living complex, this project offers a new urban residential form for Tel Aviv, a future-proof model that answers to both the hyper urban and collaborative needs of the future city.
